Why we charge fees:

mensRxplus is currently a small operation. It is physician owned and run. We generate income when our providers see patients – not from the prescriptions we provide like other companies. To maintain high quality providers, we need to provide a reliable patient schedule. Cancellations and rescheduling does have an administrative burden. Cancellation on short notice leaves gaps in the provider schedule. We still pay our providers when cancellations occur.

Booking Change

When booking appointments with mensRxplus you will select whether you are new or returning patients, and also if you want an encounter with a single 90 day prescription or a 360 day prescription (90 day with 3 refills). During the encounter your provider may determine that you incorrectly designated yourself as a return customer instead of a new customer. You will then need to be charged as a new customer. Similarly, you may have selected the encounter for a single 90 day prescription and wish to change to a 360 day encounter, which carries a higher charge. The provider may verbally confirm such charges with your during your telemedicine consult and may need to obtain your financial information over the phone to make the appropriate correction in your charges. If you refuse to provide your financial information to make the appropriate charge, or you provide incorrect information your provider will not provide a prescription to you. Our fees for each type of visit our clearly detailed on mensRxplus.com. This policy is to allow for accurate enforcement of these fees. 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be issued within 10 business days. mensRxplus does not store your financial information. For this reason, a mensRxplus administrator may need to contact you by phone to verify information in order to provide the refund. We are not responsible if we are unable to reach you by phone due to providing an incorrect or non-working phone number, or if you fail to answer after a reasonable number of attempts from us on multiple days. 

Enforcement :

mensRxplus strictly enforces these policies. In the event of a chargeback dispute, this document will be presented to the merchant provider to demonstrate that the customer was fully informed and acknowledged our strict fee policy prior to purchase.
